Jalapeno

A popular chilli pepper known for its moderate heat level and versatility in various dishes. Jalapenos are commonly used in salsas, stuffed peppers, and Mexican cuisine.

Thai Bird's Eye

A small chilli pepper with intense heat, often used in Southeast Asian cuisine. Thai Bird's Eye peppers add fiery flavour to curries, stir-fries, and spicy sauces.

Cayenne

Serrano
